How long does it take to ship my order? 

We ship fast! Most orders ship within 24 hours except weekends and public holiday.  

 

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies on orders with the amount of $25 and above, within United States only.

 

Domestic (U.S.) shipping cost

We offer a fixed rate per item method. Shipping cost of each item is $1.99.

Priority (Expedited) shipping service is available at $7.99 per order.

 

Shipping methods

Orders will be handled by United States Postal Service (USPS).

Domestic shipping includes the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. You may select from First Class (7-10 days) or Priority shipping service (2-3 days). Priority orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Minnesota, USA unless otherwise specified.

 


International Orders

For international orders, our accepted method of payment is by PayPal checkout only. All payments will be made in US dollar only. Some orders may require further verification by phone or email.

Duties, taxes and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as our charges cover only the package transportation fee. To estimate possible costs, please check with your country's customs office.

We do not bear any re-shipping charge for missing package that is not cause by our error. 

 


APO / FPO Shipping
 
If your recipient is stationed within the U.S., all APO/FPO orders will be shipped via Standard Shipping anywhere in the U.S. without minimum purchase. 
For APO/FPO shipments, please include the following at check out:
  • Address 1: Grade / Rank / Rating and full name (including middle initial)
  • Address 2: Unit and Unit number, Consolidated Mail Room Number, PSC Number, or Ship
  • City: Enter APO or FPO as appropriate
  • State: AA, AE, AP, or FP
  • Country: United States
 
 

Shipping to an address different from your billing address
 
To protect you from credit card fraud, we may contact you to confirm your addresses if your shipping address is different from your billing address on the credit card used.

 


Undeliverable Packages
 
If we find that your shipping address is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify the correct address for a re-delivery. In such an event, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and/or any taxes charges that may be incurred on the package for both the original and the re-delivered shipment.
 
 

Refused Packages
 
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms & Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
